Product Warranties, Returns & Refunds

Product warranties are provided by manufacturer. Customers must present scanned copies of original receipts when returning defective products for warranty claims. Products can be returned via the customer’s chosen third party courier service. Shipping costs will be reimbursed by AVA Infotech via manual bank deposit in 12 to 15 business days upon warranty claim clearance;
